[Click the link for her complete recount.]
My friend Cing was just a girl who was out clubbing, and she didn’t have anyone to take her home afterwards. She hailed a cab. Cab 1’s driver was pretty weird as it was — reaching for 50-peso bills in the backseat, claiming that the steering wheel got jammed. Cing paid up, stepped out, called her boyfriend to let him know all that was...

Holy. Shit.
Aside from the incredible visuals that captivates you (which is 12 years in the making), James Cameron’s strength is the way he lets you care for the characters without being pushy and the way he delivers his message (whatever that may be for you) without being preachy.
Its awesome. Its awesomeness is reminiscent of the feeling I had when I first saw Peter Jackson’s The...
Thoughts on the Presidential Forum
Here’s what I wrote in the Multiply site of Harapan. Here it is.
I was disappointed that Manny Villar didn’t show up. It was truly an important event to show where he stands on issues (for example: the RH bill, the Maguindanao horror, etc.).
I would like to applaud the effort for conducting the forum. It was informative and entertaining (thanks to Erap). I learned a lot from the...

And the Apple Store lady is checking you out.
Hahaha Apple Store ladies always check me out. May certain enthusiasm ako for gadgets, fools all the salespeople into thinking I’ll buy everything I play with. I never do.
Haha…...

Review: New Moon
So, first and foremost, I just have to say that I already made a review (a lengthy one) but the browser experienced some problems and I couldn’t retrieve it. Stupid tumblr. Why didn’t I write one in notepad and save it? Stupid me.
Rant over. Now, to the review.
So, I watched the movie last night with my friends with absolutely no expectations because a lot of people said that the...
Movie Review: 2012
The problem with the movie 2012 is that it tries so hard to maintain the right balance with all the aspects, that it gets a little bit of this and a little bit of that, that you end up with a cake that has all the ingredients but just didn’t rise.
Hey, I’m not discounting the fact that the movie has pretty good effects. And the sound was just awesome (maybe because of the theater, I...
Bitching about NEAC's Incompetence
Its my morning ritual to check my e-mail even before I brush my teeth. And, I happen to like checking my e-mail. It sort of relaxes me… How could I not get relaxed? I delete stuff and feel all-powerful. I laugh at those funny forwarded messages and if they’re sooo funny, I’ll post them at Facebook.
Anyway, today I checked my mail and I have never been this frustrated by a...

I wanted to try this Read More button. Now I feel dirty. Like I just betrayed Livejournal. Sorry, LJ. This is funny, though.

Every year, English teachers from across the country can submit their collections of actual similes and metaphors found in high school essays. These excerpts are published each year to the amusement of teachers across the country. Here...

The Ultimate iPod
I think the past 090909 event was a letdown, personally. I think that the consumers, and by consumers I mean, me, was looking for something revolutionary. No offense meant, as essential as the iPod is, it has become… How dare me say it… Bleh.
How about combining the best things in all of the iPod lines and condensing it into one mega iPod device. If I had it my way, I would have Apple...
Too Many Networking Stuff
Its hard to keep up with all the internet stuff that aims to keep us all connected. There’s Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Multiply, etc. There’s just too much and I can’t seem to keep up with all of it.
Why is there such an urge for us to broadcast everything? I need to have multiple quiet times everyday to keep my sanity. Sigh…
