Its my morning ritual to check my e-mail even before I brush my teeth. And, I happen to like checking my e-mail. It sort of relaxes me… How could I not get relaxed? I delete stuff and feel all-powerful. I laugh at those funny forwarded messages and if they’re sooo funny, I’ll post them at Facebook.

Anyway, today I checked my mail and I have never been this frustrated by a message I received.

The NEAC (NCLEX Exam Application Center) sent me an email saying that my requirements were incomplete that’s why they can’t send my application to NY State Board of Nursing. I was like, “WTH?” as far as I’m concerned, I submitted all the stuff they needed 3 months ago. I paid for everything. I paid they’re ridiculously steep processing fee thinking that I would be spared from the NCLEX-processing-related headaches. Plus, I was following-up my application and they never mentioned any lack of documents or whatever. They even said that they already sent the application to NY and now they’re telling me that they couldn’t send it because my documents were lacking?

Are you kidding me?

WTH is going on, really? Be honest. Did you send it or not? Is it really lacking?

I am so pissed, as you can tell.

So, I wrote an email and I called them just to check what the [expletive] is wrong with my [expletive] application. And, voila, another reason to get all riled up. The woman on the other line was really polite but she just doesn’t know a thing about my application and I can’t help but feel duped since my processing officer is not there and she’s not doing her [expletive] job.

Incompetence, like this, is the reason why I’d rather do things on my own.

Argh…

From now on, I’m going to call them every two hours just to piss them off.
